Coopers Cross Launch Event
At the end of March, we unveiled Coopers Cross at an exciting launch event held at The Mayson Hotel in Dublin’s North Docks. On arrival, our guests were immediately immersed in the history and heritage of the area through an evening of storytelling and music. We presented Dublin’s exciting new chapter through an eclectic mix of cocktails before treating guests to a carefully curated taste experience from a Michelin star chef, showcasing the inspiration and vision of this new campus with each course.
